Colorado Here We Come

 Karma has bit us in the butt after laughing at the Kusleika's Mississippi adventure last winter.  We left Stillwater, OK Tuesday morning after helping Kyle move and working at Jimmy John's during the first OSU football game.  We stayed in Amarillo, TX the first night and headed out for Santa Fe, NM for a couple of days.  Driving along 20 miles south of Santa Fe, Terry notices smoke behind the motorhome and by the time we find a place to pull over our brand new Ford Escape that we bought to tow had leaked all of the oil out and fried the transmission.  To make matters worse we had no cell phone reception to get assistance!!  We finally got someone to stop and Terry told me to go with and get help.  Kyle said, "gee Dad don't you think it was dangerous sending Mom?"  We are now in Santa Fe for who knows how long waiting for a new transmission.  Let's hope we make it to Granby, CO to meet up with the Kuslieika's and Johannson's.
